From among those resources, I selected the best school materials that meet the unique needs and goals for my family and have withstood the test of time. Some selections include McGuffey Reader’s, IEW and Saxon.  Remember teaching of reading, writing, and arithmetic is universal, so whatever curriculum you choose, stick with it throughout your homeschooling and save yourself a lot of money.
